I.   You should say “no” to giving when:

A. it enables ________________ behavior;

II.  Hearing and speech come from the Lord (Psalm 51:5; Exodus 4:10-12).

“Jesus declares all foods clean, and you also” (Mark 7:14-23)

I.  How can Jesus get away with changing the dietary laws (v.19)? 

A. 17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished (Matthew 5:18).

B. Heaven and earth are already ___________________ and all things are now __________________ in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 Corinthians 15:20; Colossians 1:18; John 19:28-30; Luke 24:44-48; Romans 10:4; Matthew 24:35).

The Gospel is our tradition (Mark 7:1-13)

I.   Judaism has two sources of authority, the written _______ and the oral _______ (the tradition of the     elders).
